Basketball wizardry and comedic entertainment abound as the Harlem Globetrotters once again take the court
Now in their 84th consecutive season, the Harlem Globetrotters have traveled the world over, combining athleticism and comedy that continues to thrill audiences of all ages. Watch as Big Easy Lofton and Flight Time Lang (who recently appeared on the Emmy Award-winning CBS reality show, “The Amazing Race”) take the court with Special K Daley, dribbling magician Scooter Christensen, and ball-handling wizards Handles Franklin and Ant Atkinson. Friday Nites in Caroline
Offering residents a wide variety of fresh, local talent…all for free!
The Caroline County Arts Council and Caroline County Public Library present the newly dubbed “Friday Nites in Caroline,” a merging of the former Friday Nites at the Library and the Performing Arts Series. This new series offers residents of Caroline County a wide variety of entertainment, from brass, jazz, blues, and classical musicians, to comedians, dancers, circus acts, and more. It’s a Jungle Out There
D.C.’s award-winning modern dance troupe, CityDance, comes to Maryland Hall
CityDance presents an interactive performance of Rudyard Kipling’s The Jungle Book. Follow Mowgli through his adventure in the jungle as he encounters wolves, a snake, a tiger, and his best friend bear. Music, movement, mischief, and magic intertwine to weave together educational lessons of perseverance, friendship, and endangered species.
